Privacy

When you make an account or book a stay, we save:

• Your name, email, and phone
• Your stay dates, room type, number of guests, and any special notes
• Your advance payment screenshot and status (when you send money to GBStays)

We do not ask for bank card numbers on the website. There is no card payment form.

For a driver + guide request, we save the contact details and trip notes you type, so they can call you.

• Run your account and show My Bookings
• Stop the same room being booked by two guests
• Let the hotel or driver + guide contact you
• Check and track your advance (confirm it, refund it, or send it to the hotel)
• Keep our own records after a stay (including the hotel’s share for GBStays)

We do not sell your details to advertisers.

After you log in, GBStays saves a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. The website page cannot read this cookie. It is only for login, not for ads.

If you use Forgot password, we may email a reset link. The link works once and expires in one hour.

Favorites (hearts) stay on this phone or computer only. They are not saved to your account yet.

We do not use ad trackers on the guest website.

• The hotel you book: name, phone, dates, and notes they need
• A driver + guide: the request you send them
• The companies that host our website and files: only to keep the site running

We do not give your booking to random advertisers.

We keep booking and account records so you can see your past stays, and so hotels and GBStays can manage bookings and advances.

To fix your name, email, or phone, contact GBStays support from the Help page.

If we add card payments on the website later, or change how we use data, we will update this page. The date at the top shows the last update.
