Terms

• Use a real email, and a phone the hotel can call when you book
• Keep your password private
• GBStays may close accounts that misuse the site or give false details
• Hotel partners can only manage hotels they are allowed to manage

Your booking is saved when the site confirms it. We lock the room dates so two guests cannot take the same nights.

• Advance: 15% of one night, sent to GBStays by JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank, then upload the screenshot
• Rest of the stay: pay at the hotel when you arrive
• No card form on the GBStays website right now

Some hotels confirm at once. Others wait for the hotel to confirm (usually within 30 minutes). Check My Bookings for status.

You can cancel a booking that is still waiting or confirmed, before check-in, from My Bookings. Those dates become free again.

If GBStays has already received your advance:

• 24 hours or more before check-in → you get 100% of the advance back
• Later cancel, but you tell us → you get half back; GBStays keeps half
• No message / you do not arrive → advance is not returned

GBStays staff record the refund after you cancel. The hotel’s own house rules on the listing may still apply to the stay.

Hotels add photos, prices, facilities, and rules. GBStays may check and publish listings. Verified stay reviews are only for finished stays, and may be checked before they show.

Do not post illegal, false, or abusive content.

The hotel provides the stay. A driver + guide trip is between you and that person. GBStays runs the website and booking tools.

• We are not responsible for road blocks, weather, or hotel service problems outside our control
• Search results depend on what hotels have free at that moment

These terms are for using GBStays from Pakistan. Questions or disputes: contact us from the Help page. We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top is the last update.
